All Terrain Vehicles

That's right folks. Jaylie is an all terrain vehicle. She is crawling and pulling up constantly. When you put her down you have to keep a close eye on her, because if you look away for a moment, you'll have to walk through the house to find her. There's no telling where she'll be.

It's pretty exciting that she can crawl and be mobile by herself. You can tell that she really likes it.

Here's a short video of her crawling. It requires Quicktime which can be downloaded for free and the video will take a minute to download. I'm not sure why the audio got messed up.

I also have some photos of the boys playing.

Blessings

So much, so fast.

Well that cliff hanger at the end of my last post has been out there long enough. The big news is this: Sam and Carol (Dixie's parents (my wife)) have decided that living close to grandkids is pretty important to them. To that end, they have put a contract on a house in our neighborhood and will be moving to Misipi very soon. We are thrilled to have them here. It's a great blessing for kids to know and have a good relationship with their grandparents. I think it's an even greater blessing for parents of young children to have a set of parents near by to help when needed. It will be nice that they will be able to babysit some and come to soccer games and basketball games and ballet and choir concerts and band concerts and all that stuff.

Good times.

We had a nice Easter. We had a family easter egg hunt in the back yard amongst our gardens. We have two big flower gardens out back and a couple gardens in the front as well. Everything is in full bloom and Dixie is loving having these fresh roses, daisies, honeysuckle, and a bunch of other flowers around.

The egg hunt was cute. We got some great pictures. The boys had a great time. Jaylie just enjoyed being outside. She loves it.

Tried to post egg hunt pics but blogger is sucking. I'll be moving to my own domain soon...
